প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণের পদ্ধতি

   যাদের প্রশিক্ষণ ফি প্রদানের সামর্থ্য নেই, তারা বিনামূল্যে ট্রেনিং নিতে পারবেন। তবে শর্তসাপেক্ষে — যদি কোনো সদস্যের অনাব্যবহৃত বা অচাষযোগ্য জমি থাকে, তবে সেটি অর্গানাইজেশনের সাথে লীজ এগ্রিমেন্টে দিতে হবে। জমির পরিমাণ ও অবস্থা অনুযায়ী শর্ত নির্ধারিত হবে। এরপর অর্গানাইজেশন বিনামূল্যে প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করবে।

2. ২. ফ্রি ট্রেনিং (With Cheque Agreement):
   যাদের জমি নেই এবং ফি প্রদানের সামর্থ্যও নেই, তারাও বিনামূল্যে ট্রেনিং নিতে পারবেন, তবে কিছু শর্তে। তাদেরকে সংগঠনের সাথে একটি চেক এগ্রিমেন্ট করতে হবে যেখানে উল্লেখ থাকবে যে, সংগঠন তাদের ট্রেনিং ফি বাবদ নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণ অর্থ প্রদান করেছে এবং সেই অর্থ ভবিষ্যতে পরিশোধ করতে হবে। যদি সদস্য তা করতে ব্যর্থ হন, তবে সংগঠন সেই চেকের ভিত্তিতে আইনত ব্যবস্থা নিতে পারবে।

3. ৩. পেইড ট্রেনিং (Paid Training):
   যারা নিজের খরচে প্রশিক্ষণ নিতে চান, তারা ট্রেনিং ফি প্রদান করে সরাসরি আমাদের প্রোগ্রামে অংশ নিতে পারেন। ট্রেনিং ফি নির্ভর করবে তিনি কোন বিষয়ে প্রশিক্ষণ নিচ্ছেন তার উপর। ফি সবসময় খুবই সামান্য ও সুলভ।

২. ইনভেস্টমেন্ট (INVESTMENT – PPP Model)

লাইফ চেঞ্জার ফাউন্ডেশন প্রত্যেক প্রশিক্ষণপ্রাপ্ত সদস্যকে “Public-Private Partnership (PPP)” মডেলের আওতায় বিনিয়োগ প্রদান করবে।

যারা প্রশিক্ষণ সম্পন্ন করেছেন, তাদের স্বাবলম্বী করার লক্ষ্যে সংস্থার পক্ষ থেকে ₹1,000 থেকে ₹1,00,000 পর্যন্ত প্রয়োজনীয় বিনিয়োগ প্রদান করা হবে।

৩. উপার্জন (EARNING)

এই ট্রেনিং এবং ইনভেস্টমেন্টের মাধ্যমে প্রত্যেক সদস্য বাড়িতে বসেই দৈনন্দিন উপার্জন বা কাজভিত্তিক উপার্জন করতে পারবেন।

প্রশিক্ষণ সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর সদস্যরা সংগঠনের প্রদান করা ইনভেস্টমেন্ট বা মেশিনারি ব্যবহার করে পণ্য তৈরি ও সার্ভিস প্রদান করে আজীবন নিশ্চিত উপার্জন করতে পারেন। তারা চাইলে –

• নিজেদের প্রোডাক্ট বা সার্ভিস সরাসরি মার্কেটে বিক্রি করতে পারবেন, অথবা
• আমাদের লাইফ চেঞ্জার ফাউন্ডেশন- এর মাধ্যমে বিক্রি করেও উপার্জন করতে পারবেন।

৪. মাই-ট্রেড হাব পোর্টাল (MY-TRADE HUB PORTAL)

আমাদের সংস্থা তৈরি করেছে একটি অনলাইন মার্কেটপ্লেস “My-Market” নামক পোর্টাল, যেখানে প্রশিক্ষণপ্রাপ্ত সদস্যরা তাদের তৈরি পণ্য আপলোড ও বিক্রি করতে পারবেন।

Three Stages of Training Enrolment

1. 1. Free Training (With Land Lease Agreement)

   Individuals willing to pay the training fee can directly enrol in their preferred course. The fee amount depends on the type of training selected and is always kept minimal and affordable to ensure inclusivity for all participants.

The Life Changer Foundation provides financial assistance to every trained member under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.

Once a participant completes their training, the organization offers investment support ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹1,00,000, either individually or in groups, to help them become self-reliant.
